The flights for your holiday package are ticketed 24 hours after booking.

If you need to make a change to the tickets (e.g., spelling correction, surname change, date of birth correction, gender correction, etc.), the airline may charge a minimum £50 per person, plus any increase in the airfare since the original booking, if the change is allowed.

All changes must be made by calling our Contact Centre on 0800 066 8264 and speaking with a Customer Service Representative.

If your name includes a hyphen, this is not required, a space between the two names is acceptable.

Please note: Replacing a traveller with a new person is not considered a change; it is treated as a new ticket.
