Airlines may occasionally make schedule changes between the time of booking and your departure.
It is always recommended to re-confirm your flight at least 24 hours before travel.
You can view all flight information directly on the airline’s website by entering your airline booking reference (PNR) and your surname. Your PNR can be found in the flight information section of your Traveller Portal.
Sometimes, your flight may show one airline but indicate “operated by” another airline (e.g., a British Airways flight operated by Iberia). This is due to codeshare agreements, where airlines sell tickets for routes operated by a partner airline.
Once you access your flight details, you can also add your contact information to receive change alerts.
If the airline makes a schedule change, we will update your flight details in your Traveller Portal, which will trigger a ‘change alert’ email. However, airlines can make last-minute changes, so it’s always wise to check your flight status 24 hours before departure.
How will I be notified of any changes to my flights?
