For bookings made through third parties, including third-party websites, reader offers, or directly via the Great Value Holidays website, once a confirmation invoice has been issued, your booking is non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance the booking was made or how soon after confirmation a cancellation request is received.

Unless you have purchased Great Value Holidays Travel Protection (offered at the time of booking), any cancellation will result in the full cost of the holiday being charged as a cancellation fee.
