Your hotel confirmation number, if applicable, will be listed on your hotel voucher.

Hotel vouchers can be found in the ‘Travel Documents’ section of your Traveller Portal account.

If you have not yet created a Traveller Portal account, please visit the ‘Traveller Portal’ tab on our website and select ‘Create Account’. Vouchers will be available no later than seven days before departure.

If your vouchers are unavailable or missing required information, please contact us for assistance via the ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer of our website.
